When You'll get your first Payment


When you can get JobSeeker Payment is based upon your situations. There might be some waiting periods that impact how soon you can get your first payment.

What you need to do before you make money

When you'll get paid

In many cases, you'll get your first JobSeeker Payment around 2 weeks after we approve your claim You may have to wait if any waiting periods use. Once your payment begins, we'll pay you fortnightly.
