Written Demands, Complaints, & Investigations
Demands & Complaints for Wages: If an employer owes you wages, you can send your employer a written need for payment of wages by mail, email, text, or other electronic methods. A written demand might be sent to the company at the exact same time a Labor Standards Complaint Form for unpaid salaries is submitted with the Division.
