Wage & Hour Rights and Responsibilities
Wage Payment: Employee rights include:- Spend for all salaries made (INFO # 3) at the rate concurred to by the employer and worker.

Labor Statutes, Rules, & Published Guidance
Statutes & Rules: DLSS imposes a number of Colorado's wage and hour and other types of labor statutes and labor guidelines, employment including the Colorado Wage Act, the Colorado Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards (" COMPS Order"), and the Equal Spend For Equal Work Act. Please check out the Division's Labor Statutes and Labor Rules webpages for current and previous versions of crucial Colorado labor statutes and guidelines.

Written Demands, Complaints, & Investigations
Demands & Complaints for Wages: If a company owes you salaries, you can send your employer a composed need for payment of incomes by mail, email, text message, or other electronic ways. A written need may be sent to the employer at the same time a Labor employment Standards Complaint Form for overdue salaries is submitted with the Division. The Labor Standards Complaint Form can be discovered on our Demands, Complaints, Responses, and Settlements webpage.
Employer Responses in Investigations: Once a total Labor Standards Complaint Form is gotten and reviewed, a letter explaining the nature of the complaint and the quantities alleged to be owed is sent out to the company. Investigations Launched by the Division (" Direct Investigations"): The Division may conduct employer-wide direct investigations of prospective infractions of Colorado wage and hour law. If you want to send an idea, please email the Division at cdle_di_tips@state.co.us. If you want to submit an individual claim for unsettled earnings, you should submit a Labor Standards Complaint Form on our Demands, Complaints, Responses, and Settlements webpage. To appeal a direct examination citation or one or more Notices of Assessment, a supposed company may submit a Direct Investigation Appeal Form.
